Your new responsibilities - Kontinuierliche Überwachung von Produktions-Equipment - Selbstständige Durchführung planbarer Wartungsarbeiten, Tausch von Verbrauchsteilen, etc. - Sofortige Unterstützung der Fertigung bei Equipment-Problemen - Arbeitsvorbereitung (Vorbereitung von Werkzeugen, Materialien, etc.) für große Wartungseingriffe - Unterstützung der Engineering Teams bei Freigaben, Reparaturen und Umbauten - Dokumentation von Ergebnissen / Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Prozeduren - Weiterbildung / Training von Kollegen / Vertretung von Kollegen - Betreuung von Equipments in allen Schichten - Zeitnahe Behebung kleiner Maschinen-Probleme (zur Erhöhung der UPTIME) - Support von Equipment-Wiederfreigaben nach Wartung bzw. Reparatur - Nachtschicht What we look for - Abgeschlossene (technische) Schul - oder Berufsausbildung - Erfahrung in den Bereichen Mechatronik, Elektronik und Computertechnik - Übernimmt Verantwortung, arbeitet eigenständig und trifft Entscheidungen - Verfügt über Lernbereitschaft und Problemlösekompetenz - Flexibilität hinsichtlich Veränderungen (u.a. bei Abdeckung oder Prioritäten) - iTeamplayer und kommuniziert proaktiv mit seinem Umfeld - Umsetzung der "Null-Fehler-Strategie" und der 5S Methodik - Anwendung systemtischer Methoden bei der Problemlösung (QRQC) - Einhalten aller Sicherheitsvorschriften, sowie Meldung/Beseitigung von Sicherheitsmängeln We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.- We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
