**Job Description**:
On this journey we´re all working together to create the best omni customer offer for our customers. As the **E-Commerce Site Specialist **to the H&M Omni Sales Team **in our Vienna Office** you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the rest of the full Omni sales team and the Customer Activation team you will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.
- Drive net sales and day-to-day operations and execution of your customer segment in your e-com market-/s
- Knowing your sales markets, customer behaviour, customer expectations and competitor overview by conducting the right research, analysis and follow up customer segments
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize content interactions and secure customer relevance by optimizing each landing page
- Responsible for daily optimization and evaluation of our online touchpoints, components and customer relevance
- Collaborate cross functionally especially with Media Planners in the Customer Activation team making sure to evaluate commercial messages on site and in owned channels to ensure best commercial execution
- Collaborate closely with E-com Merch team to optimize push vs pull in product execution (customer demand vs business need)

Besides your personality we see that:

- You have a University Degree, preferably in Business, Economics or Digital Marketing
- You have E-commerce experience and knowledge within Omni retail and Assortment
- You are experienced within e-com and understand the total digital eco-system and its synergies
- Strong data management skills - analytical, structured, ability to synthesize information, draw conclusions and confident presenting these
- Experience working in and/or consuming reports from AEM, Google Analytics & Power-Bi
- Willingness to relocate to Austria
