**About the job**

In this position, you will be part of a brand-new multinational team working on our Complexity Reduction (CoRe) program to optimize our finished goods portfolio. You will aim to strike the right balance between efficiency and consumer value drivers. In other words, you will develop the process that will shape our company’s product portfolio and define the rules for its governance. This cross-functional program will simultaneously tackle raw materials, grades, shapes, packaging complexities and value propositions. Together with our data engineers, product specialists, operations and business experts, and embedded in an agile setup, you will actively contribute to the creation of a leaner environment and an assertive and value-adding product portfolio. In this role you will travel approx. 20% of your working time, mostly within Europe.

**In addition, your tasks will include**:

- Defining Master Data requirements necessary for S/4HANA integration
- Establishing governance & KPIs for a streamlined portfolio and Master Data
- Steering the governance for Master Data creation related to raw materials, grades, brands, shapes, packages and stock-keeping units (SKU) globally
- Maintaining grades, shapes and SKU Master Data classification according to CoRe definitions
- Ensuring efficient and effective cleansing, monitoring, processing, and maintenance, as well as reporting of information related to Product Master Data

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- User experience in SAP (ECC or S/4HANA), Excel, Power BI and Master Data environments
- Analytical thinking and pronounced affinity for numbers, data and processes
- Structured way of working, striving for continuous improvement & optimization
- Python knowledge would be an asset

**Languages**
- English - Advanced
- German - Intermediate (desirable)

**Work Experience**
- Several years of relevant professional experience, e.g. as a data analyst or similar
- Previous experience in supply chain and manufacturing area would be an asset

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 60.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that’s in line with market values.
