You are a conceptual leader and operationally experienced expert in the specifics of customer service within the order-to-cash process. Optimal customer service is our top priority, and you are an essential part of this by actively shaping the close cooperation with Sales and Operations as a sparring partner. Join a dynamic and flexible work environment that enables you to bring in and expand your strengths **YOUR TASKS** - Responsibility for all customer service-related processes within the "Order to Cash" process such as: - Order acquisition and processing, - Delivery and shipment creation, - Shipment confirmation EDI /ASN, - Billing and - customer claims - Customer related topics (e.g.: customer portal management) - Close collaboration with the global Supply Chain Lead in defining, designing and implementing the future GG Customer service organization. - Definition, design and implementation of the structural requirements for increasing customer service performance (e.g. automation level boost via designing and implementing an available to promise solution to reduce the order touching points) - Sparring partner in forecasting challenges and required improvements. - Leading and managing the dotted line management in operational line responsibility - Managing and influencing relationships within the given operational customer service organization set up **YOUR PROFILE** - Completed commercial and/or technical studies with an academic background. - Solid (5 year plus) operational customer service experience with the automotive and cable industry segment. - Fundamental market and customer behavior understanding as well as profound experience in cross functional project work. - Profound SAP process and master data knowledge within the "order to cash" responsibility (SD / Logistics, Forecasting, etc.) **OUR OFFER** - Independent and autonomous work in a highly motivated team - International and owner-managed company that is expanding strongly - Innovative, modern working environment with flexible working hours (Mobile Work) - Various employee benefits (canteen, cultural & health offers) - Attractive training and development opportunities We are required by law to state the minimum salary for this position.
