For our highly motivated and international Customer Service Team we are looking for a Senior Customer Service Quality Expert (M/F/x). Working closely with your great team you will contribute to the further growth and development of refurbed by keeping our Customer Service standards high and so making our customers happy.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You have a holistic understanding of customer service and outstanding communication skills
- You have strong linguistic and analytical skills and are fluent in German & English
- You love the idea of spending the majority of your time evaluating conversations
- You act objectively and take action based on numbers, even in complex or emotional situations
- You already know the day to day business of customer service due to several years of experience in quality assurance
- You care about the world and want to spend your time making a positive difference

- You are part of the Quality Team in our highly motivated Customer Service department
- You are the expert in the quality field of the refurbed customer service world
- You base your actions and decisions on our quality guidelines, values and policies
- You provide your colleagues with valuable insights and contribute to further growth and development of refurbed
- You work closely with your team and you love your job :)

**ADDITIONAL FACTORS WE APPRECIATE**:

- You are fluent in Italian, Polish, French, Swedish or Slovenian, in addition to your excellent German and fluent English skills

For legal matters we state that the minimum wage for this position is 30,800 € gross per year. However, depending on your qualification a higher salary is obviously very likely.
