**Job Description**:
As the Global Head of Finance at DO & CO, you will play a pivotal role in steering the financial success of our diverse and dynamic organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of strategic and operational tasks across our three divisions: Airline Catering, Hospitality, and Events. You will be the architect of financial strategies that align with our business objectives and ensure our continued growth. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the financial health of the company, from accurate reporting to compliance with international financial standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that span our three distinct divisions, driving profitability and sustainable growth.
- Work closely with the controlling department to ensure the seamless flow of accurate and insightful financial information, enabling informed decision-making.
- Leverage your deep understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and consolidation techniques to ensure precise financial reporting across our global operations.
- Navigate the intricacies of Austrian taxation to optimize our tax planning, compliance, and reporting efforts.
- Utilize your knowledge of complex international business dynamics to design consistent and meaningful performance metrics for evaluating the success of each division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational goals, ensuring a cohesive approach to financial management.
- Lead the incorporation of sustainability practices into the finance processes, driving initiatives such as responsible sourcing, waste reduction, energy efficiency, and carbon footprint reduction

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in a leadership role within a global finance environment, with a track record of driving financial success and strategy execution.
- Strong grasp of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and experience in financial consolidation. In-depth knowledge of Austrian taxation is a significant advantage.
- Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to extract valuable insights from complex financial data.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
- Proficiency in navigating the nuances of international business dynamics and collaborating effectively with diverse teams across different geographies.
