Systems Support and Training Manager

Joining the TUI Group Purchasing team as Systems Support & Training Manager you will play a key role in enabling Purchasing Managers to carry out their day-to-day responsibilities by ensuring the suite of purchasing systems within the TUI Group Purchasing function are running optimally and used to their full potential.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Proactive collection and independent evaluation, derivation and prioritization of feedback for the further development and optimization of the usability of the production systems. Organization, preparation & follow-up as well as execution of DESTIMO2 UserGroups and Champions Calls.
- Conception and coordination of the communication of release notes and new development topics as well as marketing activities for DESTIMO (reviews, partner meetings).
- Work closely with IT Developers and Business Analysts on business wide developments and rollouts to mitigate impact to Group Users overseas.
- Conduct systems testing of new developments and Bug fixes as well as completing general regression testing. This will involve producing test scripts, assisting with preparations of release implementation plans and standalone rollouts.
- Assumption of sub-project management e.g. the role of “DESTIMO Business Expert” including the independent and self-initiated definition of requirements for system adaptations and new system functionalities. Participation in Sprint Plannings, Sprint Reviews, Pre-Plannings and meetings with the Product Owners.
- Using your knowledge of best systems practices, the Systems Support & Training Manager will prepare training guidelines, training material such as manuals and video libraries and identify training needs and knowledge gaps.
- Independently develop training concepts and conduct system training for all kind of system user.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in process and project management as well as quality assurance.
- Good language skills (English required and German would be advantageous, additional languages advantageous).
- A motivated individual with a pro-active approach to finding solutions.
- A good working knowledge of DESTIMO Systems.
- Experience of working with colleagues based overseas would be advantageous.
- An understanding of Tour Operations & Purchasing processes would be advantageous.
- The ability to priority tasks and identify lines of escalation across the business.
