**Full-time | Monday to Friday | Vienna airport area**

We’re expanding across Europe and looking for a **Fleet Admin Logistic** to join our growing team in Vienna.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Attention to detail - for the correct verification of policies, expiration dates, documents
- Planning and organization - coordination of registrations, timely renewal of vignettes and insurance
- Time management - meeting deadlines imposed by authorities
- Ability to work with large volumes of data
- Clear and precise communication - with authorities and colleagues
- Team spirit - collaboration with the Financial, Technical, and Sales departments
- Flexibility and adaptability - to cope with legislative changes or unforeseen situations
- Updating and managing data in current systems

**Key requirements**
- Minimum 1 year experience in automotive logistics
- Good knowledge of German and conversational English
- Communication skills and good relations with authorities
- Proactive, results-oriented attitude
- Computer skills
- Category B driver's license
