We are constantly looking for students who want to gain in-depth work experience during their studies. Volvo Car Austria GmbH has been acting as an importer for Volvo cars in Austria since 1997 and works closely with our Austria-wide dealer network. Our activities range from the import of vehicles including the necessary logistics, pricing, sales promotion programs, marketing of the vehicles, the holistic support of our customers during their Volvo experience to the implementation of digital transformation in our offer and structures.

Our team consists of around 35 employees, whereby diversity and its various facets are not only advertised, but live in our organization. Located next to the University of Economics in the second district of Vienna, we not only offer an attractive work location directly on the Prater and perfectly accessible by public transport, but also a highly modern and friendly office (as well barrier-free).

**About this area**

There are many different areas in which student workers and inters can be deployed. We have a changing need in nearly all business functions of the company.

**Currently we are explicitly looking for the following**:
**Student worker in the area of Fleet Sales/Key Account Management (20 hours)**

The main tasks are:

- General support of the fleet and financing area
- Collaboration in the preparation of framework agreements, data storage and reports
- Collaboration in the creation of customer/fleet presentations
- Support with EMEA requests for GMAs
- Support with the customer visit planning (arranging appointments, answering requests, etc.)
- Support with regular competition analysis for leasing rates
- For this position we are offering a monthly gross salary of € 2.124, - on full time level (based on the collective agreement).

**Internship in the area of Business & Retail Operations (full-time)**
The main tasks are:

- Support the planning and realization of our Volvo partner competition „Quarterly Star” (data collection, follow-up, planning award handover and incentive)
- Coordinate data input of our Volvo partners to the Facility Environmental & Sustainability Tool (FEST)
- Support in the area of training activities of our Volvo partners
- Administrative support of Volvo Cars learning platform “THRIVE”
- Creation of monthly reports in the areas of e.g. Volvo Cars Financial Services and Volvo Cars Insurance Services
- Admin support and follow up standards at our Volvo partners
- Create statistic reports of our existing ticket systems
- Support the implementation of a new dealer composite system
- Support various interesting projects in the area of Business & Retail Development
- For this position we are offering a monthly gross salary of € 2.124, - on full time level (based on the collective agreement).
