Growth Intern

Work directly with our Head of Growth to analyze and improve key metrics, with the goal to bring workplace pension to the masses. This role can be an internship or working student position ranging from 16 - 40 hours per week (min. 3 months). Looking forward to welcoming you on board Growth Intern FINABRO - InsurTech Startup Our offer to you As a Growth Intern (f/m/d), you will analyze and improve key metrics to grow our business in Austria, and especially in Germany. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will: - Support the team in setting up and improving growth funnels, focusing on the most important metrics to drive FINABRO’s growth. - Come up with new ideas to optimize our conversion rates and get your hands dirty implementing experiments to rapidly test your hypotheses. - Help us improve our Reporting & Analytics set-up to increase the quality of our decision-making. - Be an important link to our Marketing team and generate ideas to constantly improve our landing - Act as an interface between tech and business - if you haven't gained experience in working directly with engineers yet, you'll learn a lot about digital product development and agile methodologies. - If you want the responsibility: Be the owner of your own projects supporting the team in reaching our quarterly OKRs. What you bring & what will make you successful passion together with a great team. - You have an educational background in business, data science, engineering, or something cool that usually doesn't make those lists. - You've worked in fast-paced environments before, ideally related to growth, growth marketing, growth hacking (growth startups, VCs, consulting etc.) and have some interesting stories to tell. - You do not hesitate to get your hands dirty (self-starter mindset), and you enjoy learning new things & solving problems. - You are structured, critical, and not afraid to have an unpopular opinion - you like presenting your own ideas. 16-40 hours per week (f/m/d) - You are not super annoyed when priorities sometimes change on a short notice. - You are fluent in either German or English - preferably both, but not a must. - Ideally, you have experience in working with some of the following tools: Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence.
