Chemist - Research and Development - Ceramic Thermal Spray (M/F/d)

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- development of thermal spray materials
- Leading product development projects (Stage Gate) for new spray powders und suspensions from idea to commercialization
- working closely with colleagues in all parts of the product development (suspensions and powders) cycle from Raw Materials to Research & Development and Analytics to Business Unit and Production
- working closely with international customers from R&D and production
- supporting small batch production
- upscaling and process transfer to production
- powder development by precipitation, fusing and crushing, solid state recation, aggolmeration and sintering
- business travel

**Requirements**:

- PHD/Diploma/Master degree in chemistry or material science or many years of professional experience in product development of ceramic powders and suspensions
- experience in patent research and patent creation advantageous
- very good english (written and spoken)
- Team player self-driven
- self-motivated
- hands-on mentality
- Expertise in ceramics, colloid chemistry, precipitation reaction, solid state reaction
