**Corporate Project & Compliance Assistance (w/m/d)**

**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:

- Administrative und kaufmännische Büro
- bzw. Organisationstätigkeiten, wie Terminplanung und -koordinierung, Protokollführung, Rechnungs-/ Rückstellungsadministration
- Unterstützung anderer Abteilungen bei Compliance
- und Geldwäschethemen
- Mitarbeit bei der Gremienbetreuung (Zusammenarbeit mit der Vorstandsassistenz, Datenmanagement etc.)
- Dokumenten
- und Datenbankmanagement
- Kleinere spannende Projektarbeiten, wie Organisation von Veranstaltungen, Optimierung von Prozessen, Recherchetätigkeiten, Erstellung von Präsentationen
- Ordner
- und Registerverwaltung intern sowie (in Kooperation mit Anwälten) extern
- Travelmanagement
- Unterstützung im Rahmen des „Know Your Customer“ (KYC) Managements (Eigenständige Bearbeitung von KYC-Anfragen, externe Kommunikation mit Geschäftspartnern, Vorbereitungs
- und Koordinationstätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit KYC-Checks, Konzeption von Prüfberichten, u.Ä.)

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mindestens dreijährige Berufserfahrung als Assistent:in, Compliance
- oder KYC-Mitarbeiter:in, Office Manager:in, o.Ä. in einem vergleichbar internationalen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und hohe Eigeninitiative
