- Driving **cross-product initiatives**, from **conceptualization **and cross-functional alignment to **roll-out** and **implementation**.

**Qualifications**
- Master's in computer science, Business Informatics, a related Engineering field or comparable professional experience.
- ** Profound experience in driving hi-tech product **forward, preferably software.
- ** Entrepreneurship, product management, technology **or **development leadership** roles are beneficial.
- Be highly **self-motivated **as well as **creative **and efficient in proposing solutions to complex and unique problems.
- ** Excellent communication, presentation**, and **social skills.** Ability to communicate thoughts clearly.
- ** Work independently** while understanding the necessity for** tight collaboration** with other employees and organizations.

**Compensation**
- We offer a competitive salary with a minimum 60,000 € gross per year based on full-time for this position. The final offer could be higher in line with qualifications and experience.
