**Your Job**

We are looking for an experienced Country Manager Operations and Logistics Austria to enable further company as well as leadership growth.
As a Country Manager Operations and Logistics Austria, you will lead the operational team in Austria. You will monitor logistic operations and set up KPIs, define and implement the policies as well as evaluate the organisational structure and optimise the processes. You will own the mid-term (1-3 years) execution of functional strategy and the operational direction of the department, in alignment with objectives. Apart from this, you will lead multiple teams of Managers and Team Leads, where decisions have a significant impact on the overall success of the area of accountability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and coordinating the logistics organization for Austria
- Defining and implementing logistics policies and procedures and contributing to the ingoing optimization of restaurant delivery services processes
- Establish and implement short-term goals that are consistent with long-range plans
- Monitoring and managing logistics performance against agreed KPIs
- Upholding organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed
- Work with Central Teams to identify patterns and formulate solutions for challenges and opportunities identified. Taking ownership of the challenges and opportunities and ensuring the delivery by working with all the relevant teams
- Resolving and troubleshooting operational/logístical issues
- Building and maintaining internal and external relationships (i.e. with authorities and employer's representatives)
- Establishing and implementing a program of safety and equipment maintenance to avoid breakdowns and limit safety hazards. Operating in compliance with all company safety policies
- Owning the Country's P&L from revenue targets to the bottom line
- Leading the team with integrity and establishing and maintaining a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
- Leading multinational and multi-geographic teams

**Can you deliver**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Operations and/or 6+ years of Operations team leadership experience; ideally gained in startup and/or corporate environment
- Experience in Online Food Delivery and/or FMCG industry, and working with unions is an advantage
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience owning and optimizing company's P&L
- Strong relationship skills, relationship maturity and confidence to develop relationships and open doors at the decision maker level.
- Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
- Proactive, data-driven, takes initiative, able to multitask and prioritize without close supervision
- In-depth knowledge of the Austrian market
- Readiness to travel across Austria and to Berlin
