**Senior Legal Counsel - International Finance** **(m/w/d)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You provide legal and structuring advice in the infrastructure & energy sectors on
- large-scale international finance transactions, such as corporate finance, acquisition & leverage finance, export finance and project finance;
- equity investments;
- project development;
- financial advisory and
- M&A advisory
- You provide in-house regulatory advice with respect to structuring of international finance transactions.
- You, as a generalist, are responsible for legal advice on all other transactional and related regulatory banking topics.
- You are working closely in a deal team and responsible for the legal review, negotiations and drafting of contracts and documentation.
- You are contributing to setting and improvement of internal processes and guidelines and digitalization of legal operations.
- You are mandating and supervising external legal counsels.

**Requirements**:

- You have extensive experience in international finance in a law firm or a financial institution or debt fund.
- You have excellent understanding of the LMA templates, the relevant legal framework, as well as market standards in the international finance.
- You are fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
- You are an excellent team player with a solution-oriented approach.
- You have very good negotiation skills, confident manner and impress with high self-motivation, independence and self-reliance.
- You provide extensive analytical skills for understanding complex processes.

The position is governed by the collective agreement for banks and bankiers. The monthly basic minimum salary according to the collective agreement is EUR 4.275,76, gross. We offer a market compliant overpayment, depending on your experience and qualifications.
