Your place in the team
For these game changing challenges we are looking for a self-driven and product loving Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F/d) to join us designing the future of every day transportation. You will be the first hire in our talent acquisition team in Vienna and responsible for designing and executing the recruiting process together with our Techinical Sourcer in Serbia.
What you would be working on
- You are working closely with the C-level management to create a competitive talent sourcing strategy
- Own the entire recruitment process and understand the needs of our organisation as well as keep the hiring managers updated on the development
- Cooperate with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, and ensure a smooth and scale-able process
- Help shaping our employer branding strategy in Vienna
Qualifications that are important to us
- At least 2 years of end-to-end recruiting experience
- Exceptional communication skills with business fluency in German and good English knowledge
- Strong sourcing skills and a good command of using business networks such as LinkedIn
- Open, friendly person who loves to work within a fast growing startup
- High degree of service orientation and positive attitude towards upcoming challenge
- Organisational talent that is encouraged to own recruiting projects

The annual gross salary for this position based on the respective IT-collective agreement and a full-time employment depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience starts at €43.316..
