**Take the lead in developing campaigns and marketing material**

This is a newly established position, and part of your job is to leverage your extensive product marketing experience to influence our way of working. You will work closely with sales representatives and product managers to create the right campaigns and marketing material for our solutions aimed at the Space market. You are adept at creating some of these materials yourself, but you will also work closely with internal marketing specialists as well as external agencies and copy writers.

In addition to your global space product marketing role, you will support the management of Terma Austria in positioning our company as a player in the regional electronics and aerospace industry. This role includes local marketing and communication activities as well as representing the company in relevant innovation clusters and industrial representation organizations such as the Federation of Austrian Industries.

You will report to Terma’s global Marketing Director and be part of an experienced marketing team of six people (including two other marketing business partners) with a worldwide responsibility for marketing of products and solutions across all business areas as well as the overall branding of Terma.

**Responsibilities**

Your primary responsibility is to partner with our Space business area to create and execute marketing plans that support our commercial objectives. This includes:

- Drive marketing campaigns promoting specific products and solutions.
- Coordinate production of marketing collateral, including videos, brochures, graphics, etc.
- Producing content for our website, social media, case stories, etc.
- Ensure consistency in product messaging across communication platforms.
- Represent Marketing in product launch teams and drive all marketing aspects of launches.

We work closely together in the marketing team, and it is part of our culture also to help each other out with other marketing tasks whenever needed.

**How to succeed in this position?**

Most likely you have a university degree within marketing, and you have 5+ years’ experience in a similar position working with product marketing in a B2B/B2G context. We are looking for the following specific skills:

- Creating and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Experience in developing marketing collateral.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong project management skills.

Experience from working in an international environment is an advantage.

You have a can-do attitude and strong focus on executing on deliverables. You have an open mind and possess the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. In addition to all this, you are also:
