**Position overview**:
The position provides great opportunities to learn the allnex additives technologies in depth and build on the acquired know-how to drive growth.
The responsibilities of the position will grow with time and the person is expected to have the ambition to develop into a true specialist for allnex coating additives.
We are looking for a highly motivated team player willing to learn quickly and ambitious to support growth and change.
To manage the growth opportunities and balance them with the necessary support for existing business, the incumbent should be highly structured, analytic thinking and innovative as well as proactive and integrative from a personal perspective.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and evaluate testing trials
- Support and lead the transfer of new products into commercial production
- Perform laboratory products testing in terms of process and product specifications
- Provide technical assistance to production and customers
- Support the business in IP activities, create new IP and screen third party IP
- Actively taking part in conferences and trade shows as well as building and maintaining strong contact to institutes, universities and industrial partners of relevance

**Required skills and experience**:

- Quick grasp of new and complex technological areas
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills paired with the ambition and will to drive growth and change
- Highly structured approach to manage projects and activities with very strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Fluent in German and English
