- € 57,000* gross/year (basis full-time 40 h/w)

Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the management of multi-partner project(s) in close cooperation with the scientific project coordinator(s)
- Establishing research project management processes/structures at ISTA
- Developing project governance processes related to communication, documentation, and reporting
- Project financial and administrative progress monitoring, including coordination, preparation and processing of technical project reports
- Support with project audits and reviews
- Keep abreast of, and ensure compliance with institutional rules, policies, and procedures as well as donor/external funding requirements, ensuring that project staff are regularly updated
- Organization of project meetings (incl. minutes taking), workshops and conferences
- Support with planning and lead with implementation of dissemination, communication, and outreach activities in close cooperation with ISTA (and partner) communication channels

Your Profile
- University degree, preferably in a field of research present on campus
- Experience of working in an international academic environment; good understanding of topics and concepts related to science and research
- Fluent in both English and German (working languages)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills on all levels; demonstrated ability to communicate in a professional manner with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and priority setting skills; ability to respond to deadlines in a timely manner
- Demonstrated professional experience in providing management support to large-scale interdisciplinary research projects, encompassing partner coordination, financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, and including the financial management of National (FWF) and European grants (e.g., Horizon 2020/Horizon Europe or similar)
