Your Task

  • Team coordination across all current and future ITSM processes
  • Cross-functional development of the ITSM roadmap within VIG
  • Assumption of process ownership and role of VIG IT Change Manager; preparation and moderation of CAB/ECAB; risk/impact assessments, rollback plans
  • Definition and measurement of KPIs; addressing deviations and tracking corrective actions; ensuring audit and compliance evidence (e.g., ISO
  • Process and tool enablement: harmonization of ITSM processes, promotion of standard changes/automation
  • Stakeholder management: close collaboration with service owners and service desk; clear communication of risks, decisions, and maintenance windows

  • The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least € 80,000. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.

Your Profile

  • Degree in (business) informatics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; ITSM expertise with a focus on change management
  • Lateral leadership: experience in functional leadership/team coordination across multiple ITSM processes; confident facilitation, conflict and escalation management
  • Basic technical understanding of CI/CD and release strategies, as well as CMDB/service mapping
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven working style
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, including cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to support ITSM-related projects, particularly in the areas of automation and tool integration
  • Confidence in conducting audits and enforcing process compliance
  • Willingness to work outside regular business hours (maintenance windows)
