Specialist Production Planning (w/m/d)

In Ihrer Rolle verantworten Sie die die Überwachung und Analyse produktions- und planungsrelevanter Kennzahlen, die termingerechte Erfüllung von Kundenbedarfen sowie die Einleitung von Maßnahmen um diese zu gewährleisten. 

Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Überwachung & Analyse der Einhaltung von Zielvorgaben für die Fertigung wie WIP, Output und Einhaltung der Prioritätenvorgaben

  • Generierung von Vorschlägen zur Gegensteuerung bei Abweichung zu den Zielvorgaben inkl. Einleitung von Maßnahmen zur Auflösung entstandener Rückstände 
  • Prioritätensteuerung und Optimierung des Materialflusses in der Produktion sowie die Sicherstellung der Erfüllung von Kundenbedarfen
  • Prioritätensteuerung und Optimierung des Material- und Informationsflusses zwischen externen und internen Lieferanten
  • Zeitnahe Kommunikation von Lieferterminverzügen an unser Customer Service & Success Team als auch Prüfung von Lieferterminvorziehungen
  • Bereitstellung von für Fertigung relevanten Informationen, Anpassung von Bewegungsdaten bei Änderungen in den kapazitätsrelevanten Stammdaten
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Lehre mit mehrjähriger Praxis im Planungs- oder Produktionsumfeld
  • Logistische Ausbildung z.B. FH Logistik, HTL Logistik von Vorteil
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
