Wir sind – eine Telefon-KI, die wie ein Mensch klingt und komplette Anrufe übernimmt. Seit unserem Start vor etwas über einem Jahr vertrauen uns bereits über 4.000 Unternehmen.

Unser Wachstum kommt bis dato hauptsächlich von Performance Ads, Partnerschaften und SEO. Content ist aktuell noch eine Schwachstelle von uns. Jetzt wollen wir mehr Focus auf paid und organic content legen.

Wir suchen für diese Rolle eine kreative Person, die gleichzeitig ein intensives Verständnis für KPIs und datengetriebenes Marketing mitbringt.

Diese Position richtet sich an erfahrene Marketer, die operativ unsere Brand aufbauen und echten Impact liefern wollen.

Deine Rolle:

Du bist für den gesamten Content-Funnel und die Brand-Entwicklung verantwortlich.

  • Erstellung und Optimierung aller Website-Inhalte.
  • Konzeption von Creatives / Ads und Steuerung der Produktion (Budget: $20.000–30.000 € / Monat).
  • Copywriting (Website, Ads, E-Mail, Funnels).
  • Design und Optimierung von Newslettern und E-Mail-Flows.
  • Aufsetzen und Steuern von Influencer-Kooperationen (Budget: $20.000–50.000 € / Monat).
  • Betreuung und Konzeption der Social Media Kanäle (Content-Produktion wird extern vergeben).
  • Optional: SEO und Personal Branding Support für das Team auf LinkedIn.

  • End-to-End Verantwortung: Vom Konzept bis zur Conversion-Optimierung.
  • Speed & Impact: Arbeit in einem schnell skalierenden Start-up mit direkter Messbarkeit.
