Als CI Manager bist du Teil eines neuen Teams im Bereich Operational Excellence und führst das OpEx-Programm auf Werksebene. Du stabilisierst Prozesse, machst Abläufe effizienter und stärkst die Menschen dahinter. Gemeinsam mit Werks- und Divisionsleitung setzt du Standards, machst Fortschritt sichtbar und schaffst die Basis für langfristige Verbesserungen in Produktivität, Qualität und Zusammenarbeit.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung CI-Roadmap gemeinsam mit Werks- und Divisionsleitung

  • Aufbau klarer Routinen zur Leistungsüberwachung und Zielverfolgung

  • Initiierung und Begleitung von Problemlösungsprozessen und Korrekturmaßnahmen

  • Nutzung von Lean-, Six-Sigma- und OpEx-Tools, um Werksperformance nachhaltig zu verbessern

  • Umsetzung globaler CI-Programme, Tools und Best Practices

  • Aufbau von Kompetenz und Eigenverantwortung im Team – durch Training, Coaching und Wissenstransfer

  • Leitung funktionsübergreifender Teams und enge Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen und globalen CI-Stakeholdern

  • Förderung von Lern- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, um Mitarbeiterengagement und Leistung zu stärken

Was du mitbringst:

  • Bachelor oder Master im Bereich Engineering, Operations Management od. ähnlichem 

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence in einem Produktionsumfeld (Lebensmittel- oder FMCG-Branche von Vorteil)

  • Praktische Anwendung von Lean, Six Sigma und Performance Management auf Werksebene

  • Fähigkeit, Menschen zu begeistern und Veränderung nachhaltig zu gestalten

  • Erfolgsnachweise in Effizienz-, Kosten- und Qualitätsverbesserung

  • Freude an klaren Strukturen, an greifbaren Ergebnissen – und an Teamarbeit, die wirkt

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse - C1

  • Bei entsprechender Ausbildung und mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung beträgt das monatliche Bruttogehalt für diese Position EUR 3.500,-. Abhängig von der spezifischen Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur marktkonformen Bezahlung. Das finale Gehalt klären wir gerne in einem persönlichen Gespräch.
