TE Connectivity's Operations Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations and short/long-term planning for the groups they manage. They manage manufacturing, production control, engineering, inventory control, EH&S, shipping/receiving, etc. focusing on the development of technologies and continuous improvement and translating customer requirements into state-of-the-art manufacturing strategies and processes.
- Managing of assembly areas in Waidhofen to drive continuous improvements of the plant performance
- Development and implementation of a roadmap derived from the overall strategy of the Businessunit
- Responsible to ensure high level of Safety, Quality & Continuous improvement
- Execution of advance operations objectives to promote revenue, profitability, and growth.
- Annual budget planning and reporting to operation manager.
- Coordinate’s operations activities to ensure that objectives are accomplished in an expected Quality, timely and cost-effective manner.
- Execution of programs and policies to ensure a highly effective and motivated workforce.
- Optimization of the manufacturing processes and continuous improvement of productivity, costs and quality
- Drive employee engagement for flexibility, EHS and new requirements

**What your background should look like**:

- Experience in managing of production for several years
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong decision making capability and ability to escalate in order to gain support to resolve issues as necessary.
- Demonstrate a level of financial and analytical awareness.
- SAP experience preferred
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Ability to execute on strategies and initiatives
- Integrity

The salary stipulated for this position is approx. € 4.250 gross per month (excluding various bonuses). The possibility of overpayment depending on qualifications and training is expressly mentioned.
