Wir suchen einen ServiceNow Developer (m/w/d) im Outsourcing-Modell für ein langfristiges Projekt mit einer Laufzeit von über 3 Jahren.

Beschreibung:

Der ServiceNow Developer setzt Anforderungen durch Konfigurationen, Integrationen und Tests innerhalb der ServiceNow-Plattform um. Er ist verantwortlich für die technische Umsetzung, die Qualität der gelieferten Lösungen sowie für eine realistische Aufwandsschätzung basierend auf den jeweiligen User Stories. Ein tiefes Verständnis der Plattformfunktionen sowie ein strukturierter, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil sind essenziell für diese Rolle.

Wesentliche Aufgaben:


• Analyse und Bewertung bestehender Systemlandschaften und Schnittstellen (inkl. Altsysteme)


• Entwicklung und Integration von Komponenten auf der ServiceNow-Plattform


• Durchführung von Modul-, Funktions- und Integrationstests, bevorzugt automatisiert (z. B. ATF)


• Sicherstellung technischer Qualität durch Logging, Monitoring und Fehleranalyse


• Erstellung und kontinuierliche Pflege technischer Dokumentationen (inkl. Betriebshandbuch)


• Einhaltung und Dokumentation technischer Standards gemäß Technical Governance


• Proaktive Kommunikation mit dem Product Owner bezüglich Risiken, Problemen und Verbesserungsvorschlägen


• Unterstützung bei Wartung, Incident- und Problemmanagement sowie im 2nd-/3rd-Level-Support

Anforderungsprofil:


• Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in Entwicklung und Konfiguration innerhalb der ServiceNow-Plattform


• Idealerweise relevante ServiceNow-Zertifizierungen (z. B. CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA, CWA)


• Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (z. B. SAFe, Scrum)


• Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Jira, Confluence und Git


• Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität, Hands-on-Mentalität sowie ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative und Eigenverantwortung
