Im Zentrum des Bundesministeriums für Finanzen steht eine nachhaltige Wirtschafts- und Haushaltspolitik, die auch Spielräume für entsprechende Schwerpunktsetzungen langfristig ermöglicht.

Die Abteilung II/11 leistet durch die professionelle Abwicklung der IT und Organisation des Haushalts- und Rechnungswesens einen wesentlichen Beitrag zu stabilen und tragfähigen öffentlichen Finanzen und sucht für die Applikation Budgetmanagement neue Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter mit Engagement, Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung sowie Teamgeist.

In der Applikation Budgetmanagement werden die IT-Systeme für die Themenbereiche Planungs- und Budgetierungsprozess, Haushaltsmanagement, Budgetcontrolling, Reporting, Bundesrechnungsabschluss, Förderungsbericht, Stammdaten sowie Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung des Bundes gesteuert.

Sie arbeiten in einem engagierten Team an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und IT. Als IT-Manager Regular nehmen sie Anforderungen des Fachbereiches entgegen, erstellen daraus technische Anforderungen und wirken an deren Umsetzung in IT-Projekten mit.

Neben laufenden Weiterentwicklungen der IT-Systeme stehen wir darüber hinaus vor innovativen und spannenden Aufgabenstellungen und suchen nach Verstärkung.

Die herausfordernde Tätigkeit umfasst folgende Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Eigenverantwortliches IT- Projekt- & Betriebs-Management im Rahmen von technischen und organisatorischen Themenbereichen der Applikation Budgetmanagement
  • Eigenverantwortliches Change-Management inklusive Erstellung von IT Anforderungen
  • Lösung bzw. Unterstützung bei Problemfällen in den IT-Anwendungen (Support Management, Incident Management)
  • Überwachung des gesamten organisatorischen und technischen Prozesses sowie Mitwirkung an der Verbesserung von organisatorischen Abläufen und technische Weiterentwicklung der IT-Verfahren (Innovationsmanagement)
