*Key Responsibilities*

  • Call listening, analysis and evaluation of week points
  • Implementation and tracking of initiatives to improve quality
  • Creation, implementation, monitoring and optimization of procedures and processes to improve quality

  • Complaints handling & management

  • e.g. analysing and working on complaints (incl. feedback to customers for the Romanian and Austrian Market)

  • Preparation, moderation and implementation of quality circles

  • Motivating and advising employees on issues relating to quality management and our values
  • Undertake close file reviews (leakage)

Knowledge And Skills

  • Experience in the assistance/insurance/call center industry
  • Fluent in written and spoken Romanian, German, and English (Hungarian is an advantage)
  • Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong customer orientation and innovative spirit
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Independent, proavtive and structured way of working
  • Hands-on mentality, flexibility and confident demeanor
  • High motivation to take on responsibility and enthusiasm
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
