Support for the Sales ProcessPresenting the SCIA Engineer software to potential customers (online, in person, or at seminars)Delivering prepared presentations, with the option to adapt and create your own versions over timePreparing customized presentations according to the needs of the sales processProviding consultations and analyzing customer requirements for project proposals
Technical Support for Customers and ProjectsConsulting on customer-specific technical requirementsConducting training sessions (online, on-site, or in our office)Creating customer support materialsImplementing our solutions within customer environmentsSupporting the localization of new software versionsLocalizing the program interface and documentationTesting new versions and verifying localization accuracyPreparing installation data for Czech and Slovak customers
RequirementsUniversity degree in civil engineering (preferably structural engineering or structural mechanics)Solid knowledge of structural analysis and design of load-bearing structuresExcellent communication and presentation skills in Czech (or Slovak) and English, both spoken and writtenFriendly attitude, team spirit, and customer-oriented mindsetWillingness to travelCategory B driving license
Advantages1–2 years of experience in structural engineeringPractical experience with structural analysis and designKnowledge of structural engineering software (preferably SCIA Engineer)Knowledge of Allplan software is an advantageExperience with customer communication and presentations
