Core Mission

You will take full ownership of
day-to-day operations and client delivery

while helping
scale systems, people, and revenue

.

This is a
hands-on, high-accountability

role for someone who wants to
co-build a generational SaaS business

, not just manage one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run and stabilize operations:

hire, train, and lead the Philippines-based operations team,
collaborating closely with our lead there

to ensure consistent quality and scalability.
- Own client delivery:

take over client accounts such as Hostinger and Similarweb early on to master delivery and build client trust.
- Drive growth milestones:

support the scale-up to
seven-digit annual revenue within twelve months

through stronger delivery, upsells, and operational leverage.
- Shape ownership and rewards:

after a token buy-in (a small personal investment), transition into a
meaningful ownership position

and take part in
profit sharing

with the core partners once mutual fit is proven.
- Manage investor relations:

prepare
quarterly board materials

, maintain
regular investor updates

, and ensure alignment with current and future investors.
- Build the culture:

co-create a
high-trust, high-performance

environment across Bangkok and the Philippines.
