Software Licensing & Procurement Specialist (m/w/d)

Seidl Software ist auf Software-Lizenzierung, Cloud-Services und herstellerübergreifende IT-Beschaffung für mittelständische Unternehmen spezialisiert. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die
Software-Lizenzierung, Einkauf und Herstellerabwicklung
eigenständig übernimmt und unser Softwaregeschäft operativ unterstützt.

fachliches Softwareverständnis
,
kaufmännische Verantwortung
und
direkten Kundenkontakt
– deutlich oberhalb klassischer Sachbearbeitung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Beratung von Kund:innen zu Software-Lizenzierung mit Schwerpunkt Microsoft sowie ausgewählten weiteren Herstellern
  • Analyse von Lizenz- und Softwarebedarfen und Entwicklung wirtschaftlich sinnvoller Lizenz- und Beschaffungskonzepte
  • Erstellung und Abwicklung von Angeboten und Aufträgen für das Software-Portfolio
  • Eigenständige Abwicklung von Software-Einkauf, Hersteller- und Distributorprozessen (Bestellung, Laufzeiten, Renewals)
  • Betreuung laufender Software- und Lizenzverträge sowie Unterstützung bei Verlängerungen und Anpassungen
  • Fachliche Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams und proaktive Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Beobachtung relevanter Markt- und Herstelleränderungen sowie Wissenstransfer im Team

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Software-, IT- oder Licensing-Umfeld
  • Praxisnahes Verständnis von Software-Lizenzierung und Beschaffungsprozessen
  • Solide Microsoft-Grundkenntnisse (z. B. M365, Lizenzlogiken) – kein tiefes Technikprofil erforderlich
  • Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und professioneller Umgang mit Kund:innen und Partnern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
