We are currently looking for a Sourcing Specialist (m/f/d).

Your key responsibilities will be:


• Secure that freight/warehouse prices are maintained, posted and self-billed


• Works in close interaction with the Sourcing Managers to obtain and support effective contract management and invoicing process, including checking invoicing non-conformities


• When needed, spot sourcing on the truck transport market for individual and rush orders


• Update warehousing volumes in the system


• Agree minor spot deals with suppliers in accordance with Sourcing Manager


• General admin support

About you
  • Relevant professional experience, ideally in areas such as IT, supply chain, or business process management
  • SAP knowledge
  • Strong willingness to learn
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Should you join us in one of our Austrian locations and according to Austrian law , we offer compensation based on the collective labor agreement starting at EUR annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) plus a yearly bonus, and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background.
