Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die strategische und operative Verantwortung für den gesamten Payroll-Bereich und stellen sicher, dass alle abrechnungsrelevanten Prozesse professionell umgesetzt werden.
  • Die Weiterentwicklung eines effizienten HR-Administrations-Setups gehört zu Ihrem Aufgabenfeld – inklusive Optimierung bestehender Abläufe, Einführung neuer Standards und Stärkung digitaler Workflows.
  • Als Führungskraft entwickeln Sie Ihr Team weiter, setzen klare Prioritäten und sorgen für eine Arbeitsweise, die Qualität, Tempo und Serviceorientierung vereint.
  • Sie agieren als zentrale Sparringspartner:in für Führungskräfte und interne Stakeholder, wenn es um arbeits-, steuer- oder sozialversicherungsrechtliche Fragestellungen geht.

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalverrechnung, kombiniert mit fundiertem rechtlichem Know-how, bilden die Basis Ihrer Expertise.
  • Sie bringen Führungserfahrung mit und haben Freude daran, Menschen zu entwickeln und ein Team in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu steuern.
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit SAP sowie ein strukturierter, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Zusätzlich verfügen Sie über verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse.
