While in the B2B Value Management & Analytics, we are driving sustainable growth from our B2B customer base through proactive base management powered by advanced and predictive analytics.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Designers and Solution Architects, focusing on B2B domain
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented chapter culture
• Define and enforce solution architecture standards across squads and initiatives
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture and business goals

• Collaborate closely with product and tech leadership to drive agile delivery and architectural excellence

• Do you bring strong leadership experience and enjoy developing and guiding high-performing teams?

• Do you have deep expertise in modern architecture styles like microservices, event-driven, and cloud-native design?
• Are you experienced (7-10 years) with application development, integration, APIs, and cloud platforms—especially AWS?
• Do you bring Telco B2B domain experience with you? This would be a great advantage
• Can you translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant language?
• Do you excel in stakeholder communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution?
