CLM Communications Program ManagerLocation: Sydney (Hybrid) Contract: 6 months (day rate) Start: ASAP (Ideal start date: 15 December) Rate: $1,000 + super per day About the Role We're seeking a specialist marketing operation lead focused on CLM Customer Lifecycle Management orchestration within a program context. As the CLM Communications Program Manager, you'll quarterback the coordination of responses and executions across the team, funnel information through to the executional team, and act as the CLM liaison back into the project and senior stakeholders. This role is critical for ensuring compliant, accurate, and timely communications across multiple brands during a major transformation program within a Telco organisation. If you thrive on orchestrating complex communication journeys, managing multiple stakeholders, and troubleshooting campaign challenges, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. Role Purpose Lead the coordination, governance, and execution of customer communications for program cohorts across multiple brands within a Telco organisation. Act as the central point of control for CLM activities, bridging the gap between project requirements and marketing execution. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Project team to understand new cohorts and support communication journey design and CLM team coordination. Version approved legal copy for all brands, ensuring correct contact numbers and links to brand webpages. Field questions from Legal, Networks, PR, Compliance, and EGW on communication history and governance. Troubleshoot issues with sends and audiences that do not align with standard marketing processes (e.g., when file numbers do not match sends). Prepare briefs for Comviva for ad-hoc sending solutions when existing campaign processes cannot accommodate requests. Approve test SMS/EDMs and production sends, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain communication history, decision logs, and stakeholder reporting. Drive continuous improvement in process discipline, QA, and release governance. Key Skills & Experience 5-8+ years in marketing operations, CLM, or campaign management; telco experience preferred. Proven stakeholder management across Legal, Compliance, PR, Networks, and senior project teams. Strong copy governance and multi-brand versioning experience. Practical experience with MarTech/CLM platforms (Comviva or similar). Solid data literacy (segmentation, suppressions, eligibility, file reconciliation).
