We're looking for an experienced Head of Learning who is passionate about shaping the future of learning and skill development. In this key role, you'll combine operational excellence with innovation – ensuring continuity while creating engaging, impactful learning experiences across our organization.You'll report to the Head of People Development & Culture and lead a team of experts driving learning initiatives for our Austrian entities – while contributing to international projects and initiatives.What to do: Align learning priorities with business needs and deliver relevant, engaging learning experiences for all target groups in close collaboration with stakeholdersCreate and curate high-quality learning content that inspires and drives skills developmentLead the transformation from product-oriented to skills-driven learningDrive engagement and adoption of key learning initiatives through campaigns, learning communities, and eventsCoordinate annual planning, including budgets and resource allocationEnsure team performance and development through effective capacity management and prioritizationIdentify opportunities for innovation, leveraging new technologies and digital trends in learningOptimize processes and data management to deliver meaningful learning analytics and reportingManage stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements You check these boxes: Solid experience in leading Learning & Development in a dynamic, complex environmentDeep understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics to foster learning and changeStrategic mindset combined with strong operational skillsExperience with learning technologies and data-driven insightsProven leadership skills and experience in managing a team of expertsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsFluency in English and German Our Offer: You will have the opportunity to actively shape the learning strategy of a leading bank and introduce innovative approaches that create real value for our organization.Join a dynamic, international team and shape the future in a modern, flexible workspace located in the heart of Vienna.Discover and enjoy the benefits of Erste Bank.The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 55.176,-- gross per year.
