We’re on the hunt for a developing SaaS salesperson to join our growing Partnerships team Reporting to the ANZ Head of Partnerships, you’ll own the full sales cycle and take accountability for identifying and closing new partners for Employment Hero. You'll focus on developing relevant new channel sales opportunities for our market‑leading Employment Hero products. You’ll utilise a mixture of warm leads (from the marketing function) and outbound prospecting to pitch, present and win new business, supporting onboarding and activation of partners and their clients. This role would suit an Account Executive with proven partnerships or channel sales experience. We’re looking for someone hungry, tenacious and eager to drive results Your key focus areas will be: Own the full sales cycle and take accountability for identifying and closing new partners for Employment Hero. Focus on developing relevant new channel sales opportunities for market‑leading Employment Hero products. Meet your assigned targets / quotas. Maintain strong partner engagement and activation rates of your portfolio. This will include: Identify and drive new business opportunities to build partner pipeline. Convert inbound marketing and event leads to new partnerships and new revenue opportunities. Prospect for potential new partners and convert into increased business. Qualify opportunities and work collaboratively with our direct sales team. Actively identify partnerships opportunities through the tendering process. Submit accurate weekly progress reports – pipeline & forecast. Ensure all pipeline reporting and data is entered into Salesforce. For this role, you’ll also bring: At least 3 + years’ experience in a B2B sales role. 1 + year’s worth of channel sales experience. Relevant industry experience (SaaS, tech, or an aligned industry). Clear experience developing and winning new channel and referral partners. Hungry, tenacious, and eager to drive results. Experience in adapting style to persuade and negotiate appropriately.
