About the role As Intrepid’s Cluster Reservations Manager (Hotels), you’ll be at the forefront of connecting travellers with immersive stays at our properties in the Daintree Rainforest, Freycinet, Kakadu, Flinders Ranges and future acquisitions. Be the jigsaw piece connecting our customers to create once-in-a-lifetime experiences, watching sunrises in the outback, surrounded by ancient rainforests, or exploring national parks and still coastlines. Responsibilities Based out of our Melbourne head office, you will orchestrate a seamless reservations experience to ensure our guests get a fantastic first impression of our accommodation from the moment they enquire and a smooth booking process. Collaborating closely with our internal teams, our Revenue Manager and key external stakeholders, you’ll play a vital role in maximising occupancy, elevating customer service and supporting the rapid growth of our accommodation portfolio.
