Specialist Employment Mentor – First Nations We’re looking for a motivated and hands‑on mentor to support our First Nations customers through their transition to successful and sustained employment. About the Role Reporting to the Regional Employment Manager, the Specialist Employment Mentor – First Nations will work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders to facilitate positive employment outcomes for our First Nations customers. Connect with designated customers to build confidence and secure sustainable employment outcomes. Provide mentoring and personalised support tailored to individual needs. Deliver workplace activities designed for each customer. Partner with site teams to build cultural awareness and understanding, enhancing positive customer experiences and end‑to‑end case management. About You Passion for mentoring, coaching, and supporting First Nations customers. Ability to develop positive and trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders. Good understanding and awareness of First Nations people and culture. Collaborative approach to align services with internal teams and deliver engaging, consistent case management. Well‑developed verbal and written communication skills, able to promote Workskil Australia’s services to our First Nations customer cohort. Location Your base location will be at the Fitzroy site, with expected travel across various Workskil sites in Inner Metro Melbourne. Employment Type Permanent, Full‑Time Remuneration Salary will be considered based on the successful candidate’s previous experience relevant to the role.
