Bellerive Doctors is a family orientated practice, committed to providing quality care and a friendly service to those in the local communities and their families. We are currently looking for a casual medical receptionist (multiple positions available) to join our friendly and supportive team at Bellerive Doctors. Bellerive Doctors are looking for someone who is highly motivated, enthusiastic, able to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced environment. For the successful candidates, there is an opportunity to become a permanent position for the right person, after a successful casual period. Daily tasks and responsibilities will include: Excellent customer service – you will be the first point of contact for our patients, in person and on the phone Maintaining confidentiality while managing patient records Processing payments, Medicare and third-party claims and reconciliations Effective management of patient appointment types General administration and daily office duties Duties as required by Doctors and the Practice Manager To be successful in this role, you will have: Professional, friendly, confident, and courteous manner High work ethic and flexibility with work hours Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and prioritise Excellent communication skills – written and verbal Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Proficient computer skills are essential with a knowledge of medical software including Best Practice desirable Previous Medical Reception experience would be an advantage however not essential Enthusiasm, willingness, and ability to learn and retain information Please include a current resume and a brief introductory cover letter that outlines your availability across all workdays and addresses why you are seeking a medical receptionist role and what you can personally bring to Bellerive Doctors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
