We are looking for a committed team member to provide support to our team and loyal customer base. The successful applicant will be a customer service champion, have previous experience or a passion for Auto Parts, enjoy a fast‑paced work environment as well as being able to learn new processes and systems quickly. Key Responsibilities Inbound phone & online sales processing In‑store customer service Order & receipt of incoming stock Process & pick purchase orders Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance Skills & Experience Exceptional communication skills Experience or a passion for auto parts Well presented Great phone manner Ability to influence & negotiate Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
