Rehabilitation Consultant - Psychologist, Rehab Counsellor, Social Worker About You Tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology (5th year completed – Masters Degree for Psychology applicants) Registration with AHPRA, AASW or ASORC Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to bring new ideas and innovate within the organisation Responsibilities Deliver assessments & counselling to people navigating sudden changes in career goals and circumstances Conduct assessments to guide clients toward new career pathways Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programmes that assist injured employees in returning to the workforce Visit workplaces to understand challenges faced by injured or ill workers and educate employers on health benefits of a good work environment Why Rehab Management?
