Customer Engineer – Power at Vertiv Join us to drive critical power solutions for data centers, telecom, and industrial environments. We’re looking for a motivated, customer‑focused engineer to manage UPS commissioning, service contracts, and after‑hours support. Responsibilities Carry out UPS commissioning, service contract maintenance, and after‑hours service commitments efficiently, delivering high levels of customer service while managing time, cost, and profitability. Maintain strong relationships between Vertiv and its customers. Demonstrate ongoing competence in using relevant technology, and participate in training programs. Present a professional appearance at all times, including vehicle use and dress code, and uphold company policy. Requirements Electrical Trade Certificate. Relevant state‑based electrical licence (QLD). Commercial acumen. Technical knowledge of data centre, telecom, commercial, and industrial UPS systems or similar. Core Principles Safety. Integrity.
