The Opportunity: Invested Training and Unlimited Earning Potential Based at our Tuggerah, Central Coast office , your mission is to drive the adoption of the cutting‑edge Infinity bagging system , generating new customer relationships while strategically introducing this breakthrough to our established client base. This role is a direct path to developing advanced sales skills, with a strong possibility of future advancement into core equipment sales . You will have the flexibility to arrange your time between appointments to learn, prospect, and manage your sales pipeline. What You’ll Be Doing: Driving Sales and System Adoption This dynamic role blends office‑based strategic planning with flexible client‑facing activity across diverse industries: Pioneer Sales & Strategy: Identify, qualify, and target a diverse range of new industries that can benefit from the cost and efficiency savings of the Infinity system. Expert Education & Demonstration: Leveraging your service skills, you will passionately demonstrate the Infinity system , educating businesses on implementing best‑practice waste separation and management processes. Build the Future Pipeline: Use your flexible schedule to balance intensive sales technique training, proactive prospecting, and strategic client appointments, efficiently managing your sales pipeline. Client Advocacy: Work closely with customers to ensure successful implementation, using your service background to maintain high satisfaction levels and secure referrals. Product Development Insight: Your experience in the field will be invaluable. You will act as the crucial link, providing client feedback to our development teams, directly shaping the future evolution of Mil‑tek products.
