We’re hiring a Project Officer – Digital to help our digital projects stay on track and achieve the mission. What You’ll Be Doing Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports Liaise with internal teams and external partners Help plan, schedule and track activities Spot risks early and suggest improvements Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes Support planning, procurement, reporting, documentation, risk identification, and stakeholder engagement What You’ll Bring Experience in project coordination, administration, or support roles Excellent collaboration skills Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving Exceptional communication and time‑management skills Comfort with tech tools like Asana, HubSpot, or AI‑enabled platforms such as Co‑Pilot (a plus) Even Better Experience in the finance, tech, business, or VET sectors Exposure to government‑funded programs or working with underrepresented groups A passion for contributing to national reform with real impact Why Join Us?
