Exposed to first class industry systems, the business see their subcontractor base as an extension of the company ensuring there is little conflict resolution. With a repeat client base over 80% annually, they are a stable and well known brand who are in the top 5 employers in the NSW Construction Industry. As a CA within the company, you will work on commercial, education, health, local authority and state & federal projects in the region of $30 - $180M. The business ensures they resource their project teams well and give their staff every opportunity to succeed. Although construction is tough and there will always be bad jobs, their extensive pre-selection process of what jobs to tender marginalizes the chances of failure which ensures a strong balance sheet and repeat work. They avoid the Development market focusing on building for end users who have a vested interest in the delivery of quality construction.
