The Role We’re looking for an experienced cellar door manager to join the team and are offering a part‑time or full‑time opportunity to attract the right candidate. Responsibilities Sharing your knowledge, passion and expertise about the Coldstream Hills wines and Yarra Valley with visitors Managing cellar door tasting experiences, wine offers and consumer experiences P&L responsibility for cellar door performance, as well as managing forecasting and inventory Developing and executing the cellar door strategic plan including collaborating with other Yarra Valley wineries, local tourism and corporate engagement programs Leadership of social media engagement and marketing Taking care of site health and safety Managing all cellar door involvement with our wine makers and winery team Skills & Experience A deep love for great wine Experience working in or managing a winery cellar door High level communication skills Strong customer service skills and storytelling ability Strong commercial, strategic thinking and execution skills Strong skills across Word, Excel and basic Point of Sale Operations Current Victorian RSA and Driver’s License The Coldstream Hills story is one of Australia’s wonderful wine success stories.
