Diversitas WA was Registered with NDIS in November as a Disability Support Organisation, our team are not new to supporting and serving people with disabilities, their families and carers. Experience in Governance, data management in any sector is welcomed for this position. Purpose of the Role Diversitas WA is seeking a full-time Quality, Risk & Data Governance Officer, to lead organisation-wide quality, risk, governance, compliance and accreditation systems in partnership with the Director and management team. This role plays an integral part in embedding Diversitas WA's Quality Care Framework, which reflects our commitment to safe, person-centred and compliant service delivery that aligns with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) & Quality Safeguards Commission's (QSGC) Practice Standards. Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in quality management or governance. A Bachelor degree is required for this role. NDIS specific audit knowledge will be provided through training. Duties and Responsibilities include : Coordinating internal audits, quality systems, document control and improvement registers. Leading preparation for accreditation for NDIS and QSGS Compliance and Registration. Managing and reporting on the organisational Risk Register and compliance obligations internally and to the QSGC. Supporting & developing Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives organisation wide. #J-18808-Ljbffr
