In Australia, Bank of America was number one for M&A in 2023.Job DescriptionAbility to operate as client/ project / deal team lead, leading client relationships, driving the work product and transaction processesParticipate and lead in the execution of M&A transactions and equity and debt financingPerform in-depth financial, valuation, due diligence and industry analysisLead marketing presentations and live dealsLead client meetingsGenerate ideas and opportunities for new and existing clients, across the sectorTrain and mentor junior bankers (analysts) as they develop core investment banking skill setsWork with teams consisting of professionals drawn from across the business, including other senior bankers within your group, experts in other areas of the firm and colleagues from around the globeRequirements:Investment Banking experience ideally in Healthcare, Consumer and Retail and M&AOutstanding academic achievementA bachelor's degree plus 9+ years of investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, modelling/valuation or consulting experienceEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to train and develop juniorsDisclaimer:Apart from Bank of America, National Association, Australian Branch, none of Bank of America’s legal entities are Authorized Deposit-taking Institutions authorized under the Banking Act 1959 of Australia nor regulated by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority
