In this full‑time, office‑based role in Bankstown, NSW, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of construction contracts and the successful delivery of projects. Your expertise in contract management will be pivotal to the company's continued growth and success. What you'll be doing Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts and related legal instruments Monitoring contract performance and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions Identifying and mitigating contractual risks, and providing advice on contract management strategies Liaising with project teams, subcontractors and clients to resolve contract‑related issues Maintaining accurate contract documentation and records Assisting with the preparation of tender responses and proposals Supporting the development and continuous improvement of contract management processes and tools What we're looking for Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar contracts administration or project support role within the construction industry Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes and project delivery methodologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders Proficient in contract law, risk management and dispute resolution Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Tertiary qualification in Law, Business, Project Management or a related field is desirable What we offer At H3C Plus', we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
