Job Description Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and employee relations matters. Support recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and conducting interviews. Develop and implement HR strategies to support organisational goals. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards. Prepare HR reports and provide insights to senior management. Facilitate training and development initiatives for employees. Manage employee performance and support professional growth opportunities. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior HR Advisor should have: A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in a similar HR advisory role within the public sector. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and workplace regulations in Australia. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
